This Privacy Policy explains how Givor, Inc. ("Givor," "we," "us," and "our") collects and uses personal information through givorfund.com. At this pre-launch stage, our website is used to share information about Givor and collect email addresses for our mailing list.

Information We Collect

We currently collect email addresses submitted through our mailing list form. We do not currently collect payment information, bank account details, government identification numbers, fund contribution data, or account credentials through the website.

Our mailing list form is provided by Jotform. When you submit the form, Jotform may process technical information associated with the submission, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and form metadata, as described in Jotform's own policies.

How We Use Information

We use mailing list email addresses to:

• Send product updates, launch announcements, and early access news.
• Understand interest in Givor before launch.
• Respond to privacy, access, deletion, or unsubscribe requests.
• Maintain basic records needed to demonstrate consent and compliance.

Legal Basis for Processing

For people in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process mailing list email addresses based on consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting us at privacy@givorfund.com.

Jotform and Service Providers

We use Jotform to host and process our mailing list form. For this form, Givor determines why the email address is collected and Jotform processes form submissions for us as a service provider. Jotform states that form submission data is managed by the form creator and that it does not sell or lease personal information. We may also use email delivery or analytics providers in the future. If we do, we will update this policy when those providers materially affect how we process personal information.

International Transfers

Givor is based in the United States, and Jotform may store or process form data in the United States unless a different Jotform data region is configured. If you are outside the United States, your email address may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Data Retention

We keep mailing list email addresses only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Our current retention standard is:

• Active mailing list subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe, ask us to delete their information, or the mailing list is shut down.
• Unsubscribed or deletion-requested email addresses are removed from active mailing lists within 30 days, unless we need to retain a minimal suppression record to avoid contacting that address again.
• If Givor does not launch a public product within 24 months of your signup, we will either ask you to renew your interest or delete your email address from the active waitlist.
• We will review waitlist data at least once every 12 months and delete records that are no longer needed.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent for marketing emails. To make a request, contact us at privacy@givorfund.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for an email-only waitlist. No online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The website and mailing list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Givor develops or our data practices change. The "Last updated" date above shows when this policy was last revised.
